White Dog was happy that Mary was happy about finally finding a job after months of unemployment. She doesn't understand why, however, Mary wants to get up early every morning, get dressed in uncomfortable clothes, drive in Chicago rush hour traffic to face eight hours of problems and stress. White Dog thinks Mary should have enjoyed the freedom of being out of work...but then again, White Dog does not understand the economics of living in suburbia.
