So when 'Interior Minister' Said Siam of Hamas went abroad last week, you just knew he had to be bringing back a nice piece of ham cash for the Eid-el-Fitr celebration. Siam has apparently outdone even 'Foreign Minister' Mahmoud el-Zahar. In June, Zahar brought $20 million in cash into the 'Palestinian Authority.' Yesterday, Siam
