Egypt is turning up the pressure on Hamas chieftain Khaled Meshaal, ordering him to cause the release of kidnapped IDF Corporal Gilad Shalit and to cause Hamas to join a 'national unity government' with 'moderate Palestinian President' Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen's Fatah.
