Justice wins. Here's the opinion.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: DeLay's shenanigans are a disservice to the people of Fort Bend County (and the rest of his district). They want a Republican to represent them, and his apparent attempt to beat the system are probably going to deprive them of that representation. Then again, as the opinion points out, primary voters picked DeLay to begin with.

There will be a couple more appeals, I'm sure, but it's August, so we know there won't be much happening until Labor Day. And Labor Day is awfully late to get your campaign going.
