'Missile strike on Tel Aviv still a real threat'

IDF Chief of Staff Dan Halutz said today that a missile strike on Tel Aviv by Hezbullah is still a real threat.Halutz said that last week's destruction of a Zelzal missile by the IAF (apparently they only destroyed one - something I had been wondering about) shows that Hezbullah has the capability of shooting the Zelzal. For Israel, the question is when and how.
