Lebanese civilians told to evacuate North of the Litani River

The Washington Post is now confirming what I saw this morning on DEBKAfile (and which is no longer there) , that Israel has given residents of Southern Lebanon 24 hours to evacuate North of the Litani River, some 25 miles from Israel's border.The Post gives no indication why Israel has done this - it goes on to summarize events in the war. However, we have had hints all day here that a ground
