Hezbullah is claiming, through a statement released on its al-Manar television network and faxed to Al-AP, that Israel hit a mosque under construction in South Beirut last night when it dropped 23 tons of explosives within the space of an hour.The truth is that the building targeted by the enemy warplanes with 23 tons of explosives is just a building under construction to be a mosque for prayers.
