White Dog caught a dragonfly in midair. It was a beautiful moment of athletism--white fur flowing over well muscled legs launching her easily three feet off the ground. The coordinated reach of her front paws, the swing of her head, and the snapping of her jaws made the extension dance-like.
White Dog then had the decency to take her prize around the side of the house, where I was spared having to watch her devouring of my totem insect.
