This Thursday, 16 June, Queen Mary IPRI is hosting a panel discussion entitled “Taking on The Corporation”. The Corporation examines ethics of the activities of the modern corporation. Thursday’s session will include a viewing of the sections of the film that relate to branding practices. The panel – consisting of Professor Fiona Macmillan (Birkbeck, University of London) and Steven Jennings (Lewis Silkin) will consider to what extent IP lawyers should concern themselves with these issues.
The session will take place at 5.30pm at the Dean Rees House, Charterhouse Square, London EC1M and will be followed by drinks. All are welcome, but please confirm your attendance to i.r.simon@qmul.ac.uk.
