The IPKat has just received the May/June 2005 issue, which carries on its cover the arresting statement:
"In the war against counterfeit and fraud, your basic and most effective weapon is the substrate your documents, packaging and labels are printed on".Is this right? Merpel, for one, disagrees: "I think anyone's best weapon is their pricing policy. Their second best weapon is having a product no-one wants to copy anyway". What do visitors to this blog think?
