By PLT Notification No. 10 the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs (and to the IPKat) and has the honor to notify them of the deposit by the Government of the Republic of Croatia, on 20 December 2004, of its instrument of ratification of the Patent Law Treaty, adopted at Geneva on June 1, 2000. The date of entry into force of the said Treaty will be notified when the required number of ratifications or accessions is reached in accordance with Article 21(1) of the that Treaty.
