The Daily Telegraph reports that Hello magazine is appealing against Mr Justice Lindsay's award of just over �1million to OK! magazine in the action brought by OK! and Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones in their privacy/breach of confidence action. However, Hello is not challenging the sum given to the Douglases.
The IPKat wonders whether this aspect of the case will also go to the House of Lords.
