WORTH CONSIDERING?

Now here's something worth taking a look at: LexisNexis is running its Trade Marks 2004 conference in London on Tuesday 30 November. From the programme it looks like an action-packed event. Allan Poulter (Field Fisher Waterhouse) is tackling non-traditional trade marks; Chris Durrant (Arsenal's client partner at Lawrence Jones) addresses trade mark infringement and the Arsenal v Reed saga; Morag Macdonald (Bird & Bird) takes a look at distinctiveness -- and there's lots more besides.
