RIAA IN THE DOCK OVER IP RIGHT INFRINGEMENT

The Inquirer Altnet is suing RIAA for patent infringement. It’s claiming that RIAA has copied its technology for flooding P2P networks with spoof files to bring them to a standstill.



The IPKat notes the irony of this turn of events, but is waiting to see whether the claim is upheld or if Altnet is just chancing its luck.
