This book is a compendium of international treaties and texts, European Union directives and regulations and UK national laws pertaining to intellectual property. Although it is styled a “handbook” it is hardly hand-sized, weighing in at a mammoth 2,045 pages. This book, for which IPKat co-master Jeremy Phillips is Consultant Editor, is current to November 2003.
