Typical Dyckia delicata habitat .
Delicatas growing on dead leave sand under the forest canopy and getting just the filtered sun.
The plants are big and imposing beautiful.
No delicatas are not umbrophylles they are sunlovers!
They get the sun  through the canopy and just face it  during a short  period of time.

These are not the very same picture but pictures takes from the very same local and of course in different times. this shows slightly differences in illumination.
