Natsumi Hayashi lives in Tokyo with two cats.

Photographs mainly levitating self-portraits (and cats not levitating).
yowayowa is a Japanese term meaning "weak" or "feeble."
Since I'm yowayowa, it's really heavy to carry SLR cameras around.

Toma principalmente autorretratos levitando (y fotografías de gatos, no levitando).

yowayowa es un término en japonés que significa "debil", "ligero" o "delicado".

Como yo soy yowayowa, es muy difícil llevar cargando cámaras SLR.

 

 

Many of you probably know her because she has become internationally famous! I first saw her about a year ago, and loved her pictures and subscribed immediately. And recently, a friend sent me a link to an article written about her in the New York Times blog! I am thrilled she has become so popular, her pictures are not just very original (I hate that word, but can't think of a better way to say it!), but she pays so much attention to detail, and her compositions are great. Also I absolutely love the way she dresses, ha! 

Muchos de ustedes tal vez ya la conozcan porque ¡se ha vuelto famosa internacionalmente! La primera vez que la vi fue hace como un año, y me encantaron sus fotos, me suscribí a su blog inmediatamente. Y recientemente una amiga me envió un enlace a un artículo que escribieron sobre ella ¡en el blog del New York Times! Me da mucho gusto que se haya vuelto tan popular, sus fotos se me hacen super originales (odio esa palabra, pero no sé como explicarlo mejor), y creo que le pone mucha atención a los detalles; me encantan sus composiciones. Además me encanta como se viste!! Jaja
