A LITTLE DISCIPLINEThis is serious. The DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility is producing a report on the lawyering of Yoo, Bybee, and Bradbury, chief architects of the torture memos. Apparently the report is devastating, saying that they bent and twisted legal reasoning to rationalize Bush/Cheney policies. The report calls for two of them to be disciplined by state Bar Association reviews –
